Kana having a hard time dealing with the Aqua x Akane situation. I wonder how things are going to continue between her and Aqua - especially with Aqua's investigation seemingly bringing him closer to Akane due to the LaLaLai connection.
Sounds like a good idea. Over on r/anime there is usually an interest thread followed by an announcement thread and then the actual rewatch thread. Given the small scope of this community right now I think an interest thread would be overkill.
The best option might be for those interested in hosting a rewatch to just go straight to the announcement. Those interested in participating can than chime in.
The announcement should probably contain:
- The title we are watching (duh)
- links to MAL and AniList
- a synopsis
- date (I recommend adding the time in UTC format so everyone can quickly figure out the time for their own timezone.)
Maybe the mods could sticky post a short rewatch 101?
Beyond that we can always make improvements later.
I always liked reading along with the /r/anime rewatches
Same for me. I also like the idea of bringing rewatches to lemmy.
Maybe it would be a good idea to start of with movies or short OVAs to test the waters? It would be a smaller commitment for participants.
Nice move by the big sister to give those two some space for themselves. Wondering what they will do with it, especially after the sister gave Nakami that little push about his feelings.
Maybe it would be an option to have something like a japanese pop culture community and cross post to that as a way to consolidate things.
