the amount of herbs in that tabbouleh, hell yeah, looks awesome. I've seen a lot of americanized recipes that are just like couscous with some lemon and parsley thrown in as garnish almost
this might be unpopular opinion but that cabbage is the star imo. Cabbage rules
definitely one of the easier folds. I've tried to do some of those fancy elaborately crimped ones and they end up looking like doodoo nuggets but at least they still taste good haha
I make a ton of ramen and just Asian inspired noodle soups and soy milk is a common addition to a miso or a vegan tonkotsu type broth. like when i make a spicy miso ramen i usually do a simple dashi with miso and then in the bottom of my bowl mix up sesame paste, unsweetened plant milk, spicy chili stuff and a dash of tamari. I know you were asking me but i just wanted to share that yeah adding plant milks to noodle soup broth can really take it to the next level sometimes!
ooh fresh chiltepin or dried? i really want to grow some of those after getting this hot sauce made from them. they have pretty good heat and flavor
good idea. i like banana enough in this application, nana and mango would be good
just tried some store bought recently because of a free coupon and it's so shitty. like it's literally just sugar, oil and gums and flavorings
