I finally joined the club and got a 34” curved monitor this month. Pretty good so far. It has also cleared up space on my desk instead several monitors taking up most of it. I still use my laptop as an extra screen to the side though.

Google Maps is better for traffic data and it’s "live map" (basically any information that relies on to the minute information).
This is it for me. 95% of my usage of maps is while I’m driving, and I need live data so I can be rerouted immediately if there’s a sudden change of traffic ahead, or if I take a wrong turn or exit.

Seriously. They could add some other great features and they had to go with stories. I love Signal and use it but the addition of stories was a head scratcher.
I dunno, she's done a lot of stuff already that would warrant charges but nothing ever comes of it. Of course I'm hoping it sticks this time, but you know how the system works.

I just use the native search on lemmy itself. Just use the All filter so you get all communities your instance has already federated with, then subscribe from there.
Lol same. I also use it for time critical stuff where you don't want to risk a site breaking, like when trying to get tickets for good seats on a concert when sale opens.
