I think you are right. If I had known that cutting off my dick would leave me a depressed celebate slug of a human with the worst qualities of both man and woman maybe I wouldn't have gone through with it. The spark of life God gave me has dwindled to a flicker of depressed truth that I will never truly be a woman.

Yes most male to female trans people are less than attractive. Lets not kid ourselves.

Now on to your point. Is making fun of a single person who is trans transphobic?

Are you specifically using their trans attributes to laugh at?

For example , lets consider their penis. Is it visible through the pants? are you making fun of it? If you are making fun of their girl penis. Yes that is transphobic.

If you are just making fun of their ugly bearded face, maybe not.

Are you laughing at the fact that they need to ""DIALATE"" their gaping wound for years after surgery and it smells? Maybe a little transphobic and to much info.
