No. Use it for everyday tasks. If Tor is used by only people who need them, they will be easily detected. The whole reason US Navy released Tor to public was so normal users can scramble the usage detection. One more advantage is that right now lot of website block tor users if more users will use tor then they might stop it.
BTW it also uses chromium under the hood, which is basically chrome - google

People are already working on quantum encryption, there are few encryption already available to use. You can use right now on cloudflare.
Companies from UK can't back out. They will have to follow these regulations. Then some more will follow to keep competing

If anyone want to karma farm they can create own server, create multiple fake accounts and keep up-voting themselves. So your allegation of karma-farming is useless.
