Hello! X-Plane has come along way. The Addon Situation is much much better these days. The one thing to consider is that the performance, especially on the CPU is still pretty (supposedly it's going to get better with 12.1.0, but let's wait and see) bad. What I appreciate the most about X-Plane is the Freeware scene. I know about the FBW A320 in MSFS, but I'd say that the Zibo is fleshed out a bit more. There are tons of great free plugins to use etc. It's very customizable overall. You should be able to download a demo from X-Plane.com to try it out yourself. Regarding your Yoke, it completely depends on what it is? But you should be able to test it out yourself using the X-Plane Demo!

Not too sure what was going on here. But Disneyland is obv. more important than a silly war. Allahu Akbar.

That's me when talking to my wife. She just sits there and smiles while I talk about dumb nerd shit she doesn't care about. But then I do the same when she talks about marvel movies...

They should just stop being hungry. Easy fix.

You should maybe go back and read the post again you're complaining about...

Hello @everyone, I decided to make a community for X-Plane since I couldn't find one for X-Plane! Other posts about Sims are also welcome, of course, but I'd like to have a focus on X-Plane. I've been using X-Plane for civil aviation for about 4–5 years now exclusively, IL2 Great Battles for my WW2 fix, and DCS for a bit of modern combat Simming.

I tried out the official app yesterday. Uninstalled after 10 minutes. scrolling was terrible. It felt really laggy even after some changes. If RIF isn't available, I'm never going back. 10years 6months. Bye reddit

I've been using reddit and RIF for 10 years. I'll probably still use old.reddit on desktop, but if they ever decide to shut that down I'm gone for good. Hoping Lemmy can be my go-to for mobile.
