Have you tried using controllers? Gaming on a keyboard kills my hands, but a comfortable controller can make all the difference. However, I don't have carpal tunnel, so my suggestion might be pointless.

I made brownies from a box mix the other day that said to add an extra egg for more "cake-like" texture. The edges looked like the extra egg example, but overall it looked like the baking soda example. 🤷 Just tasted like brownies.
I don't know why, but I keep damaged or other cool looking coins. Like if I find a bent quarter, chipped penny, or some other type of damage to coins I'll keep them. I have one quarter that's completely coated in bright red paint.
Retro games from almost all systems even though they're all in boxes. I plan on setting them up and never playing them eventually.
Various virtual collections, if those count? Pokemon. Any free games from Prime Gaming, Epic Games, etc. Lately, cute decor Pikmin in Pikmin Bloom. That's been keeping me out walking a lot and getting healthier, so that's a fun one.
My partner collects enamel pins (and gifts me ones she thinks I'll like, so I have a tiny collection of those from her). She also collects wood puzzles (like 3D models), those metal brain teaser puzzles, and dice.
I'm sure I'm missing a few others but that's all I can think of for now.
Yeah, one save file per profile. Which is kinda neat because you can have multiple profiles and receive event items on each save.
Yeah it was dioxin. Terrible shit. A couple months ago I went down a deep rabbit hole reading about that incident and so many other completely preventable environmental disasters. Another crazy one was Love Canal, a toxic waste dumpsite that sold the land and a school was almost built directly on top of it. They decided to build the school a tiny bit to the North. Predictably, the land sunk down and filled with rainwater, that children started to play in.
One of my favorites is Atomic Shrimp. He does his own thing creating videos on weird stuff he loves doing. Videos include scambaiting, reviewing cans of strange foods, nature and slowtv videos, cooking meals from ingredients bought with limited budgets and rules, food, gardening, and crafting experiments, cheap dropship item reviews, etc.
I've never seen a sponsored ad from him and he avoids using clickbaity thumbnails and titles. His content isn't for everyone, but I thoroughly enjoy watching all the random shit he does.
Edit: also, I just read over his channel description, he blatantly says he does not accept any offers for sponsorships, paid ads, product placements, etc. Definitely fits your "not for the money" question! :)
Oh shit, you got a link?
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door?
What's the recipe for kool-aid pickles? That sounds similar to a jar of pickles I bought at a farmer's market last year. They were cherry pickles and were surprisingly good, but I haven't been able to find them again.
For cupcakes, unwrap, rip off the bottom and place it on top of the icing. Cupcake sandwich. My mom saw me do this once and now she does it every time haha
