I second the recommendation for iTalki. I have a tutor that lives in Mexico that I talk to twice a week and it's been a huge help.

For Spanish, i had been using SpanishDict as a dictionary for a while, but I recently realized I could save the words I look up to a list and quiz myself later. It's really helpful when I try to read books or understand tv shows because I can make a list specifically for the thing I'm focused on
