The war really can't have more support than it current does in Russia. Pretty much the whole country is actively or passively supporting it. So this theory has already been soundly debunked. The Russian people care only about their own situation, and until they feel the results of this war, there will be no real opposition. Support can't go up from here, but with some help it can go down.

Okay but still beats having useless us style windows everywhere.

Don't worry, Israel will never let them back on their land anyway.

I wonder how many all the smaller countries like this can produce all together. Hopefully they can match Germany's production, in which case we might be doing alright.

I live in Europe, have one, and they work just fine thank you. They just don't put the whole unit in the window. See here

There are the freestanding air conditioners. They have a hose you put in the window. There are plastic seals you can buy that fit in the windows to seal off the exhaust. They aren't perfect but they are better than nothing.
