If you also have an A7 Lite it has an SD expansion slot so you can get more storage. I got my kids A7 Lites awhile back and threw in an extra 128 GB SD card in each.

Looks like they did it at UTC time. My Boost app no longer works. Luckily Boost is launching Boost for Lemmy and sign up is open on Google play store!

I switched about a year ago and have not had any issues. I have the $15/mo plan for 5GB and since I am usually on WiFi this has been fine. My wife is on the 15GB plan which is $20 a month.

To get those rates you have to pay for 12 months at a time. The month to month rate is higher.

A friend used my number as a referral and I got $90 in renewal credit which covers half of my next renewal.

They operate on T-Mobiles network so your coverage will depend on that.

I have not had to use customer service but since they are all online with no physical stores you will not be able to go in person like you could with the larger carriers.

I think it was a great switch from AT&T paying like $200/mo to Mint for $35/mo for us.

I have also used the international roaming to have data when I was on a cruise in Mexico and it worked great.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mint but as always YMMV.

I had to use my email instead of username to login but then it worked for me.

I use the traditional navigation bar, I could not get used to the gestures.

With my Samsung s22+ I can just plug in a usb-c cable to my PC and then browse the files on my phone to back them up.

I also have a flash drive where one side is usb-c and the other is USB A. SanDisk Dual Drive

Another alternative (more technical) could be to to use Solid Explorer which has the ability to setup remote connections to online backup. It also has a built in FTP server you can start on your phone and then from your PC you can connect and get your photos.

It's one of the first ones I searched for but I didn't have the will to make it :D

Long press in the spot in red and actions will appear. Its not very intuitive and might be a bug.

  • you're right, the username isn't showing the domain for me. I have to click on the profile to see the full username. Maybe it was the web UI where I was seeing the extension. That would be an improvement.
  • yea I think the idea is to have a bunch of hosts
  • I agree, if this is going to work the popular communities need to spread out between many different instances.
  • I have seen that advice but I think it is somewhat important for the reasons you said.

Seems like tapping expands/collapses the message. I would just prefer it always visible or maybe a swipe action like you said.

Edit: Actually I think flipping expand/collapse tap with the long hold would be good.

Yea I don't like the new interaction. I would prefer to just see it to begin with.
