The thing is this isn’t Reddit. I have seen a few posts relating to how Lemmy doesn’t work / look like Reddit and honestly, I don’t think it should.

I’m all for Lemmy utilising screen space effectively but please, let’s not feel it has to be a clone of Reddit. I kind of feel that if Lemmy was to look like Reddit then a lot of the toxicity from there would end up leeching over here and i honestly hope this community can be a better place for us all.

If I’ve misunderstood your post apologies.

I mass edited my posts to all say fuck /u/spez with redact and most appear to be back. I shall edit them again and if they come back I shall do it again and again. I can play this game as long as it takes.

I’ve just been using Lemmy in PWA mode on my iPad and have switched back to viewing it in a normal browser. The lack of a back button was too annoying. 😄

Just FYI you can do this in the new version of MacOS (Sonoma) and add sites to your dock which is quite nice.

Ah thanks, will try that.

Not sure if it’s been reported but posts are repeating multiple times. Not sure if this would be the api bugging out or the app?

Looks great. Much more usable. One thing that might be nice to have at some point is a search feature, or a way to quickly access communities that you follow (may already be planned for the profile page I guess?).

Great work so far though and looking forward to more features in the future. 👍🏻

Are there any plans to include a button to scroll to the next comment in a similar way to how this was implemented in Apollo? That was so useful and would love to see it on Memmy.

So maybe this is a silly question and I don’t understand things completely but does this mean as a lemmy.world member I should unsubscribe from beehaw communities and find similar communities elsewhere?

I signed up for kbin before joining Lemmy but I honestly found kbin a bit confusing. Lemmy just seems a little easier to navigate imho. If Lemmy wasn’t here I’m sure I would have persevered with kbin but I’m happy with Lemmy so this will be what I stick with I think.
