For me, it only happens with political or politically connected topics. If I don't agree with whatever stance they are taking, I get lots of hate comments and lots of downvotes
It feels like I'm talking to real humans. Not some ultra sensitive sissy all the time. It's just so much less mentally taxing
I mean if you don't polarise the topic, you could get more people onboard

Growing up, I always hated my uninvolved authoritarian parents. For some unconscious reasons, I picked up on Richard Dawkins as my fatherly figure, although he is the age of my grandfather now and I never met him inperson. I loved the way he charmingly calmly and rationaly replied, not because "I said so". I loved that he was successful. I loved his non-snarky absolute confident way of looking and talking. I really looked up to him
I don't know if this is the right place. But can you please:
- Increase the font contrast. And add a better theme palette like Gruvbox
- Font sizing options for the whole user interface. It looks tiny compared to the comment and post font sizes (I increase them for easier readability)
