Someone in the comments there make a good point:

It is so disingenuous to say "last year" when it was a little more than a month ago.

His excuse that the social media team posted it from the official account instead of his account is farcical. This whole thing is too bad a taste in my mouth.

I don't use any of that stuff, but I saw this here about Pixelfed the other day:

Meta has changed their ToS. Prior, you could not accuse someone of being mentally ill without consequence. Now there is an exception allowing shitty people to accuse someone of being mentally ill if they are gay or trans. It's seriously fucked up.

Also, Mark Zuckerberg, the ostrich fucker, removed the fact checker from Meta services.

Nonetheless is one word :)

I cannot think of a free VPN that doesn't suck; does anyone has suggestions outside of Proton for that, please?

Bow tie, but lower on the neck. Very dapper :)

(Also, in the future maybe post identical bodies/relation to background. There might be some subconscious preference occurring based on subject's proximity to viewer or foot appearance.)

I turfed FB in 2015 as well (didn't bother with the other stuff).

But now I'm worried I deactivated it and didn't delete.... I cannot remember.

If it's just deactivated-- I wonder if it's better to just leave it a greyed out graveyard, than to reactivate it just to delete. I feel reactivating would give it more information even, as I would be on a different device. It's been dead a decade.

What do people suggest?

Moose are revered and they are to be respected!! They can stomp your face effortlessly.

I believe Aboriginal cultures have many deep ties with the moose. I think some people hunt and eat them, but it's not really a thing on a menu where I am (urban west coast), and is moreso a maritime/Newfoundland menu thing.

Regardless, we build many statues to them: (I have only seen one of these in person [top right, Deer Lake Newfoundland].)

Image transcription: Five moose statues from around Canada. Moose are 2m or ~~8~~ 6.5-7 feet tall (at the shoulder), so these are some bigass sculptures. One, which was a memorial for a man who died of cancer, is now covered in bras for breast cancer awareness/fundraising.

Edit: converting metres to feet is hard to do in my head.

But you could trade them with your friends, so single license meant nothing. You owned the game.

Lemmy, you show as usual that you cannot even basic math. You're not entitled to criticize capitalism until you learn how to count. You sound stupid.

Basic math: He died 30 years ago....

Robert Norman Ross October 29, 1942 – July 4, 1995

"was an American painter and art instructor who created and hosted The Joy of Painting, an instructional television program that aired from 1983 to 1994 on PBS in the United States, CBC in Canada, and similar channels in Latin America, Europe and elsewhere."

Intellivision was a game console that came with the game Burger Time. It had many amazing (for the time- 1980s) games, such as Snafu, Metroid, and Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Minotaur.

I still have mine, but it no longer works. Big nostalgia, it looked like this:Very basic not even 3d walls graphics with a figure standing. Arbitrary numbers provide HP as there is no armour. Spells, bows, or attacks were more complex though.Very bright colours with no shading; Mintotaur was Purple
