I remember first thing I ever made was a Stardew Valley dog sprite, second was the Evil Goose (honk). I think I still have them somewhere.
I also try to learn crocheting and have my little square. (That is, if square has like five unequal sides lol)
I like stuff that's bit minimalist, something I can just make chunk after chunk of. That one you are showing is incredible and I definitely have to buy the pattern and do it myself, it's just so beautiful! I tend to do more of video gaming patterns usually, but it's just such a great one, and so cleanly made by you! I just can't, seeing it hits all the right happy chemicals in my brain.
Good for you. Although your choice doesn't befit me, I understand and respect your decision as long as you also respect mine.
It is sad some people need to belittle others over stuff that literally doesn't even personally affect them. I mean, unless they're the cook, I guess.

Small list from me: Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, Caves of Qud, Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead, ADOM, Reigns, SanctuaryRPG: Black Edition, King's Quest, Liberal Crime Squad. The old Elder Scrolls Arena and Daggerfall are also currently available for free. I see Daggerfall is playable with DosBox/Lutris, I assume Arena is as well.
