Must be changed every month, can't use a previous password, AND, for some fucking reason, can only contain 8 characters.
And if you forgot your password, you can call IT and they'll just read it to you because they have them all saved somewhere.
That was a great place to work at.
I've tried that a couple of times, at least once the robo-service just hung up on me.
If you have a disc sander, you could make a jig that has a peg sticking out that you rotate the shape around the hole. Something that looks like:
