Update! I installed debian and fedora and its still broken. So i suggest not buying the starlite

I have the starlite. I ran gnome on linux mint. It was ok until i tried to change the display manager from lightdm to gdm. The touchscreen stopped working. Im gonna install debian when i get my usb hub

Is there a simple file browser for searching a directory and opening a file? (feddit.rocks)
 

I download my music videos and shuffle them in mpv. Sometimes i want a certain song so i want like a hotkey to open ~/Music\ Videos/ and search for a file. I used rofi file browser extended from the aur but i cant get it to compile on debian

My user account doesnt have sudo despite being in sudoers. I cant run new commands i have to execute the binary. Grub takes very long to load with "welcome to grub" message. I just wanted a stable distro as arch broke and currupted my external ssd

I edited a video and cut out a part in kdenlive. I exported it as mp3 and set it as my notification sound on a fluffychat conversation but its not playing
