Here it is, the most controversial issue to date, delayed for days waiting for the Fedi to cool down...
In the last week, unlike "submitting to a website" approach employed by certain people, we directly integrated artwork submission into the Fediverse itself with a bot account (@[email protected]).
Since direct Matrix integration proved to be too complex, channelling submissions to Lavender at the same time was implemented, which later turned out to be a little bit controversial - Lavender first got affected by bot-initiated mild downvote waves, then a YouTuber announced them quitting Fediverse "in fear of their images getting reuploaded and getting their hobbyist reputation impacted"... Which none of the organizers understood. Also, I should point out that all images were hot-linked from the source without any reuploads.
Overlooking artist consent also turned out to be an issue that puzzled a few artists, as very few artists knew what BoFP and Lavender were for, apart from those following the updates. One of the organizers was approached by an artist sorting affairs out, and was suggested to have the consent feature implemented.
So, yeah... Issue 10 is by far the issue with the most ups and downs. However, the artworks submitted must be presented! Same as all previous issues — all SFW, no AI-generated images included. And thanks to the direct Fediverse integration, we’ve got 64 submissions collected this week, the most collected so far!

Daily Scoop, the automated submission collection system, now partially works! It directly integrates into the Fediverse, collects submissions with the method mentioned above to ease the burden on the panel organizers. Some major manual intervention is still needed, but no longer will we miss any ponies ~~that we take notice~~!

Afraid of missing out on the greatest content the Fediverse has to offer? Afraid no more! Time to flesh out the Best of Fedi Ponies, a weekly promotional panel of pony content published to the Fediverse. All SFW, and no AI-generated images included!
The first issue is an experimental one - the window would be going back several weeks ~~to make up for my lack of presence~~, presentation styles are being explored, and choices will not be well-rounded. As such, it would be the lengthiest issue during the bootstrapping phase. However, later issues will be weekly instead, and the organization effort will be passed to a dedicated team.
