Sounds fantastic!! I think my friend added cinnamon and/or nutmeg. She also made an indian spiced chutney with the plums.
Oh my friend made a delicious spicy plum jam last year! I loved it!!
First week of my holidays done! Been quite busy. Was in at work the first 2 days to tidy up my class as I've not been in it since September!! Took the dog to the vet, went for lunch with a friend, did some house stuff, been a few walks, had other bits and bobs to deal with! Nice and relaxed!!
