Apple has a literal 100 billion in cash reserves. They’ll be just fine with losing a billion a year while becoming THE source for premium TV content
Apple is producing original content that they own, it’s not going anywhere and will produce “value” for them in perpetuity.
And if they’re cash strapped they can sell the license for, say, Ted Lasso to Netflix.
Because they won’t sell it to a foreigner. It’s not exactly legal but they won’t sell anyway.
Unless you lawyer up beforehand.
We'll burn that bridge when we get to it. Let's handle the people owning a thousand homes first. Then move on the ones who own a dozen or less.
