Reelight (magnetic bicycle light).
Those are very popular in The Netherlands since they are virtually maintenance free (no battery to charge, etc.)
It's worth noting that the light output is very low and it's mostly meant to be used in the cities to be seen and not to light the road itself.
It's kinda similar to the old style wheel dynos (and not like newer hub dynos which can have pretty decent light output).
IIRC, photoprism (alternative to Immich) supports storing image metadata in a json/yaml file next to the original photo file.
