Thank you, Elon Musk. You destroyed Twitter, changed the name to X, and introduced many paid features, which I will not pay for. Because of this, you inspired me to come to the Fediverse.
Greta Van Fleet is my favorite rock band. It is a modern rock band inspired by rock songs from the past, like those of the 1970s. They create blues rock songs and hard rock songs about resilience in life, as well as a progressive rock song that discusses humanity's dependence on smartphone technologies. Other similar rock bands include Dirty Honey, with their heavy, relatable song "Won't Take Me Alive," which I believe is about difficult situations, and Rival Sons' "Nobody Wants To Die," which I interpret as expressing that despite hardship, we don't want to die but rather seek a solution to resolve the problems more quickly.
I tried to minimize my dependency on Google by signing up for various email services like Petal Mail by Huawei, Proton Mail, and Yandex Mail. I also tried to find smartphones that don't have Google by default, such as Murena smartphones and Huawei smartphones. But it seems like it's too late to look for those gems without Google because I have so many apps that I bought on Google, amounting to around five digits in Malaysian Ringgit, which is not cheap. So I think I'll stay with Google for now, sadly.
