It was season 4 episode 4 "Hang the DJ", where an app matches two people for a certain amount of time. After the date the algorithm determines how long they'll be together for and as far as I remember, people just follow these results blindly. It's a nice episode

That do bad in which way? Cells tend to die pretty quickly if you don't look after them properly. Which costs a shit ton of money depending on the type of cell. So not the best weapon overall
