What do you guys do against overeating? in c/trees

Sometimes it's just inevitable to eat your ass off. I like to have fresh vegetables and fruit ready and available. You can eat a ton of that and be nice and full without blowing through 2000 calories.

10m has been a bit quite lately. FT8 has been pretty active, but you'll only hear voice if the band has at least an average to great opening.
