I wasn't surprised. You have a responsibility as a homeowner in most states to keep your property safe, even from trespassers. It's weird but homeowners lose these lawsuits or settle out of court frequently.

I was looking for the indictment breaking news today. Twitter is useless, as is Bluesky. I've curated a nice News list on Mastodon so it's working best. But more journalists need to be on there. They were all pretty dense and went back to the bird site where no one sees their posts.
