I don’t thing I have a problem with professional kitchens but I do with homes and more strongly apartments and lower income housing.
The supporting infrastructure for good ventilation can be refused to minimum requirements.

I made one a long time ago for one of the rounded corner iPhones. It clipped in and had a small megaphone shaped bell that pointed at me. Worked great.

I’m CA most of these are $5 a night per person.
I’ve been taking my family down on weekends when we dont have plans. It’s nice to be able to get a spot with out reservations
