There is a rather new, more or less scientific-oriented party around in all our EU countries, you might want to look into their platform (VOLT). Not affiliated btw, but they sparked my interest.
I mean the skill effects especially. Or maybe even the choice of skills. If you use Lightning Strike with many projectiles (which also return) and some fancy MTX: self-inflicted clutter. I played a Bleedplosion Gladiator and a Viper Strike of the Mamba Trickster this season, both were fine clutter-wise.
