Procrastination is the most annoying for me, too. Closely followed by time blindness, object permanence and getting distracted.

Congratulations! I got a diagnosis this year with 36. It really made so many things make sense. And it really made me less anxious.
An old classic now on kbin.social.
I bought a puzzle box which had a good deal. But that was blind luck. That is I think the first time something I wanted was on sale.
I feel like that still sometimes. I hope that I will achieve my education goals and maybe build up some working friendships. Mostly I have to learn to engage with people and not drift away if they are not talking about something I find interesting.

I normally stop if I can't concentrate. And do pretty much the same as Auster to learn stuff. Also I find it easier to learn if I do it without pressure.
Don't put too much pressure on yourself. Learn at your own pace. Being neurodivergent means taking detours.
