My understanding is that it cannot be adjusted to grind above super fine and fine (basically Turkish and espresso) levels. Is there some reason that you prefer this over the newer more modern choices?

The Timemore C2 original is comparably priced to some of the Sozen at around $55. There are other C2 with folding handles that are a bit more money. It is perfectly acceptable for most coffee other than espresso or ultra fine Turkish. For about $80 the Timemore C3 and at $100 the Timemore C3S noticeable improvements. At around $120 you get into the 1Zpresso brand grinders which are also good.
The Timemore C2 is a good travel size grinder.
I would gladly do another tour of the place, it was that impressive.
Poor stability for consistent grind size. Poor adjustability. Really only good for super fine grind sizes. Not a good grinder if you want to do moka pot, pour over, or french press (or aero press).
Makes sense to grind a bit to get any dust or manufacturing oils out but that should not take more than 50 or 100 grams
Don't need to go to Israel or Palestine for extremist Jews. New York has a couple of places run by the ultra conservative sects and control the local gov't and make a lot of problems for non-believers.
You are wrong about Judaism in it's more conservative and extreme forms. Hell, even Buddhism in it's more extreme forms is nationalist and oppressive of non-believers.
Pretty much all religion and all nationalism are a threat to free and open democratic processes.
the is soap2day dot mn which is pretty nice
Nothing to see, just a criminal state doing criminal things.
Vietnam in October is fairly nice in the north. Starting to cool down at night a bit. Spend a week to ten days in Vietnam going from north to south (Hanoi, Halong Bay (and possibly Ninh Binh), Danang/Hoi An, and Saigon) and then then 3 days in Siem Reap, Cambodia to visit the Ankor Temple complex and then a few days in Thailand (Bangkok and the nearby Ayuthaya temple areas and maybe fly down to Phuket or take a bus to Pattaya).
Almost all religion is evil. Some are worse than others.
