High CRI, warm white thrower LED. I can't think of any good thrower LEDs like this, they were all CRI 70 at best and 6500k (old SFT-40, W1, W2).

The Nichia 519A and 719A are high CRI, but they can't be driven as hard as the SFT-40.

The only similar light that comes to mind is the Lumintop GT Micro. It looks like the TS12 has a wider, more useful hotspot.

I'd prefer a TIR lens 14500, there aren't many out there like it outside of the FireFlies P01.

There was a Sofirn HS05 angle light that was dual-fuel 14500/AA. It's a nice little light, too bad it was discontinued.

Just a suggestion, a 2xAAA light sounds more "slim and trim" than a 'Tool AA:

The Lumintop IYP365 is the first that comes to mind. The RovyVon A33 or Wuben E19 could be another couple options. The Reylight Pineapple Mini 2xAAA is (was?) available in stonewashed Ti. The 1xAAA 'Mini was available in black, hopefully Rey restocks them soon with the updated tailcap.

Also, the Emisar D2 would roughly be the same size as a 'Tool AA and you could pick the emitters.

Typo? Convoy Z1 B35AM.

Not any more than I’d specify that one should get an Armytek Wizard with the Nichia 144AR. That letter in the part number is only relevant when you’re swapping LEDs and need to know the voltage. Convoy doesn’t offer the B35AR.

I'm used to seeing it offered in flashlights as B35AM, I have not run across a B35AR light yet. No worries!

Yes, I have an Olight i5t Plus already. I picked up the Pokelit 2AA along with the 9th Anniversary Pokelit, I'm a little disappointed. I do really like the even beam profile with sharp hotspot cutoff.

Thank you as always for your hard work!

Here's some feedback, take it as you wish:

  • A changelog from the previous version is always nice.
  • For the 'Quick List', consider emphasizing the light's niche, rather than the model names which are probably meaningless to newcomers. For example:
    • Budget General Use Light: Wurkkos FC11
    • Headlamp / Angle Light: Skilhunt H04 RC
    • Long-Range "Thrower" Light: Sofirn IF22A
  • Typo? Convoy Z1 B35AM.
