My local council here in the UK moved to a 4 day work week (with the same pay). Counterintuitively they've ended up saving £500k a year because they hire far fewer agency staff.
Productivity has remained the same or increased in all bar one metric and staff retention is much higher.
Of course our halfwitted government has said they're not allowed to do that because it apparently provides poor value for the tax payer. I despair...

Sorry, I've not played with hard mode. I did use to use uMatrix, but as that's been deprecated and I find medium mode sufficient I can't be of much help, I'm afraid. Hope you manage figure it out.

The full title of that film is "Highlander 2: The Sickening - There Should Only Have Been One". Or it is as far as I'm concerned.
It's also worked on beta builds for some time now as well. Which is nice since you only get prompted to update every now and then instead of daily.
My understanding is that Magic Survival is the original source of inspiration for VS. Released in 2019, no less.
