I believe this is the episode where Sideshow Bob hypnotized Bart to be his assassin to kill Krusty before he retired. I believe this is the dream sequence he had about Bart successfully killing Krusty but can't remember the joke.

The hair growth tonic is from an earlier episode, Simpson and Delilah. I think this one has to do with Homer changing his name because a TV show starts showing a cop with his name that's portrayed as very dumb. Someone else got the name earlier!
