I have an honest question. In the current political climate, how would Democrats go about changing everything?

But see, that's the thing. It's not rehabilitation. It's just punishment. Of course, the punishment doesn't end after they got out of jail. We always have to make sure it continues in as many facets of life as possible because suffering is the point. Make people suffer enough and they'll never do another bad thing ever again. It's perfect. Don't you know suffering churns out happy, productive, well adjusted adults?

You really don't know how expensive it is to be poor, do you? There's fees on top of fees on top of fees if you can't pay on time or the whole amount at once. The idea of "just don't be poor" doesn't really work. It's like saying if you want to be a billionaire, why aren't you? Just do it.

Not before an election. During an election. Early voting had already started.

I honestly have no idea. This is just the arguments in their lawsuit.

There's evidence that monogamous relationships existed for tens of thousands of years and the idea that these relationships lasted about 4-5 years each, long enough for one person to be able to more easily care for a young child as they got older. That's not a psychological construct. It's bonding, connection, hormones, and a biological drive.

Now, I'm not discounting what people in a relationship feel for each other. I've been with my husband for almost 17 years, married almost 7. But I can also acknowledge that part of our love is hormones and biology, the same way that I acknowledge my desire for children is partially hormones and biology. That's just how I'm wired.

Haha, I couldn't hear a word he said over the "boos".

This is disgusting on part of Republicans. Party for working families, my ass. When it comes to actually helping people, they don't give a damn and actively work to make our lives worse.

Certainly that given that he was advertising the child as a "virgin female".

Arguments by the drug companies that the negotiations are illegal:

  • Violates their right to free speech by forcing negotiations
  • Violates the 5th amendment because no negotiated price would be fair compensation

Pigs act a lot like dogs too. My mom has one who rolls into his back to get belly scratches and lolls his tongue out of his mouth.
