Yes I downloaded like 2 resolution apps for further trying after trying all the resolutions available on my Mac ๐. Maybe a 2010ish monitor is just too old to match a 2020ish laptop?
I've tried that now. I think it helps some...? I should've also mentioned I plugged my work laptop (windows) into it and it looked just as bad then so unsure if it's a macOS thing.
I do think this monitor came out in 2009/early-2010s so...
Yeah I'd followed a guide online for calibration which I think made it worse. I've played around more now and it looks best when it's mirroring my built in screen but doesn't look great when it's in extended display mode. I'll probably stick the switch on it and see how it looks.
Yeah it's quite hidden for some reason. Oh well, now you know there's an EU store and that's where the high price of โฌ62.65 comes from
That's the US store, there's a pine64eu site where the watch is listed as โฌ62. But the cheaper way to order is definitely through the US store, that's what I did
Surprisingly, nothing!
For some reason Pine's EU store is ridiculously overpriced. The pinecil is around ยฃ55 if you buy it from the EU store or ยฃ47/ยฃ55 amazon. I got the pinecil for ยฃ33 buying from the US store and just having it shipped over to the UK.
You could think about doing that for this smartwatch!
Thank you! They have a little drop-down box where you can set it to show as many as 10 per row!
But will they be adding favicons? Big reason why I started using Firefox in the first place
Hmm I don't think so, I had a look through settings and I don't think I was opted into anything. My zoom was normal at 100%
I am using ublock! I'll turn it off just to see if that restores it, but there's no way in hell I'll subject myself to seeing ads
Edit I turned ublock off but it doesn't change the size of the thumbnails, still only 3 per row
Then I have no idea why this is working so badly
