Unfortunately I don't know how to report magazines/users so I can't help you there but I just want to add my support to what you're asking because this sort of thing is against the kbin terms of service:

several fixes to the demonic skull (it's now untradeable and you get a warning if withdrawing it from a bank while in the wilderness AND if you were opted out of PVP before putting it in your inventory you don't have to reset that at Vala any more; you'll be opted out again as soon as you leave the wilderness and take the skull out of you inventory/equipped items)
some more pride things including a livestreamed parade, tales of pride event is live until the 30th, and new pride colour presets for max/comp capes
