Ebooks wherever possible - except, perhaps, for reference books. I simply find the experience of reading an ebook on something like a kindle so much more pleasant than reading a print book. So much so that I really hate reading print books now.

I think there's just something very pleasant and comforting about drinking a hot drink. Plus it tastes nice.

I honestly think Bibliophile is used commonly enough that most people would understand it. Not quite as much as Audiophile, but you do hear it. It also sounds, info, much better than Bookphile.

Just a reboot. There's an EFI menu listing all the available images - I keep a couple of old ones around to roll back to in case of problems - and I just select the one I want.

As others have pointed out - there are plenty of things in the song that actually are ironic. So what's ironic is people keep complaining about the lack of irony in a song called "Ironic" when it's actually got irony in it.

I have a stateless and immutable system based on arch images that get built every night. I also have two different images for the same machine: one for general use and one optimised for music production. I just rebooted into the other image and I'm set.
