As long as the DDoS goes on, the instance itself has no influence whatsoever, aside from kernel hardening.

It is not a matter of just switching the server.

Edit: and you have no clue of the work involved in keeping lemmy.world up and running while DDoS attacks are performed.

Either run your own or join one of the smaller instances.

Scrolling is difficult when using the internal WebView browser (self.lemmyconnect)

Hi there!

I'm using connect for lemmy and one thing that bugs me is when using the WebView instead of an external browser. It somehow makes the scrolling way too difficult (you have to really exaggerate your movements to actually scroll).

Can this be fixed?

The workaround for now is enabling the external browser to open links.

I really like the app though!
