That may also just be a resources issue. Too many tickets, not enough reps, and the expectation of low average handle time are not exactly conducive to encouraging those deeper dives.

Would that have been worth $44b?

It would just be nice if you had anything to show re: the block feature being expensive. Like, it's Twitter they deal with millions of tweets every few hours but the block feature breaks the bank?

[X] Doubt

That's all.

Make sure you're comparing the price on DoorDash vs the price on the restaurant's website. There's a mark-up, even for pickup. It's usually cheaper to make your order directly with the restaurant.

I used it during the pandemic. I also had the Chase card that gave you free DashPass for a year and it was fantastic. I made a couple orders once that promo was done and quickly determined that it was no longer worth it.

Shame that it doesn't look like the financials involved could ever really work except in niche situations. It was nice having food delivered to my doorstep.

We wouldn't have gotten this far if they weren't good in execution. Ads may not work on you or many people in this thread, but it works on enough people to make this worth it.

Why would anyone renovate a property if it's just gonna sit on the market out of reach of potential customers? I would hope that investors would be smarter than that. Like we're saying, homes should be for living, not for investing. If there's no pressing need to renovate, then great. Don't. Whoever wants to buy it as is now can. And if they want to they can renovate what they want at their own pace.
