This is a sociopath testing fealty. He is deliberately abusing people in an attempt to show his power and diminish theirs. Remember when he tried to blame his sociopathy on autism thereby besmirching the disabled? I do.
This comment is like a gut punch because its exactly right. Shit floats and sociopaths are drawn to power like flies to shit. Enough time has passed that our institutions have been infiltrated with sociopaths like a cockroach infestation. The vast majority of "normal" people are fucking checked out zombies that only give a shit about catching the sportball game and stuffing their asshole full of cheetos. These "normal" people treat informing themselves or learning like like its a fucking venereal disease. It truly feels like humanity has run its course.

A few bad apples, no true scotsman. Many thousand offenders, tens of thousands of children over centuries. We are currently exhuming the unmarked graves of native children who were raped and murdered. When caught there is no attempt at reform. Instead they cover it up and assign offenders to a new group of children to rape. It is wholly intentional. It is institutional and long lasting. The catholic church is a child abuse organisation which also grifts money using religion to steal from the gullible. I say it emphatically and reject your correction. Perhaps ask youself why you are apologizing for a child abuse cartel.
The molestation is the point. Its not a sideline. It is intentional and egregious. The religion is the moneymaking grift but the real purpose of the church is raping children.
