I really loved it and the sequel as well. They are amongst some of the best books I've read.

The use of the "Make America Great Again" motto by a fascist politician was the cherry on top for me <chef's kiss>.

Yes, they saved my feet. I swear by them. The next best thing to getting custom $200+ orthotics from a foot doctor. I own several pairs. Even my casual shoes have them inside.

Try Super Feet inserts (the orange ones). ~$50 USD. Cheaper than a pair of running shoes. Just take out the insoles in your current pair.

No, it's a standalone utility that you can download and install separate from SQL Server. It just adds BCP.exe to your command line.

Look for the link that says "Download Microsoft Command Line Utilities 15 for SQL Server (x64)".

Try BCP. I'm fairly new to the Microsoft landscape too, but found using BCP really helped with efficiency on loading.

It is worse. Other hosted content shows a bigger image on the card (at least on Lemmy Boost). While fediverse images shows a thumbnail.

Do you sleep on your front? Or maybe have your face buried in a pillow all night? That was the cause for me. I covered my pillow with a fresh T-shirt every night and got clear.
