I really like the variety of AF+. I have been "all in" for a little over 2 years now. Recently passed 2000 workouts completed.

Ranked from most frequent activity to least, with trainer preference

  • Strength - Kyle or Gregg. I really like Kyle because I feel like he moves a bit slower and gives a bit more rest between exercises. These combined together to allow you to lift heavier and challenge your muscles more than your lungs and heart. (I feel like his polar opposite is Jenn Lau who basically gives no rest. Not saying this is bad - variety is good - just not my favorite.)
  • Dance - Jhon. Love the Latin Grooves and upbeat anthems. He is very easy to follow along which leads to higher energy instead of staring in confusion. I almost never do the choreographed routines.
  • Cycling - Really tough choice. I have some favorite rides with all of the trainers.
  • Yoga - Slow Flow: Jessica, Energetic: Dice.
  • Core - No preference
  • Pilates - Darryl. "HOOOLD IT!" (I'm trying! I really am!)
  • Kickboxing - Nez
  • HIIT - Brian

I don't have a treadmill (nor do I run). I have just started to get more into Kickboxing and HIIT. I have dabbled in HIIT since the beginning but it kicks my ass so hard that I do it at most once a week. As my fitness has improved I have started to substitute more HIIT and kickboxing for Dance (I honestly think Kickboxing is the coordination of Dance combined with the intensity of HIIT, just toned down a bit... I've enjoyed it).

I have come incredibly far with AF+. I was completely sedentary before starting (desk job, no real activity). My VO2max has improved by 11 points, resting heart rate went way down, I've gained muscle mass and lost weight (not at the same time), my cholesterol has improved. I went from being able to do 3-4 pushups to 25+ in a set. It's been huge. Changed my life.

108 exercise minutes x 14 days

Most days of the week I usually do around 95-100 minutes. Usually breaks down to 60 minutes AF+, 30 minute walk, and another 5-10 I pick up in the day.
Saturdays I typically do more so it brings my average up and I get challenges like this.
Pretty achievable though.

I will say that the challenges since the WatchOS update last fall are much more sane than what I was getting before that.
