Beehaw defederated, I lost access to the communities I cared about, I started going back to reddit unfortunately.

Honestly learning how defederation works turned me off the plataform entirely, not only can it kill budding communities, the fact it can disable communications among users everywhere means its also incredible censoring power given to the instance admins and you as an user hoping they dont abuse it. I understand how its necessary for extreme cases, but having it exist just means it gets used trivially over reasons that dont deserve it.

It is good but make sure you can dedicate it as many hours as it takes to complete. The game was certainly longer than I could commit to.

If this sort of thing can just happen with no preparation, the federation is clearly not going to work as a replacement for anything propietary. This was the largest Gamenews hub? And now its basically just been killed and left to splinter.

Its just the strongest/more interesting way to play. Same problem as Skyrim's stealth archer.

Finally contemporary urbanism.

At the start I thought it was the darkmode switch, weirdly prominent way to show that...
