I'd never use acrylic yarn for a baby, since babies can't regulate their body temperature well enough. Wool or wool/nylon-blends are a better choice :)

We are expected to respect local culture when we visit islamic countries. Although I'm all for self-expression and freedom I can't see why France is making a mistake here.

Knitting. Only handdyed yarns, which are costly. And of course you need ALL colours. And only the most luscious fibres and yarns.

I've resorted to dyeing yarn myself - which opened up another deep, deep rabbit hole.

And a business.

These are projects I'll start and never finish... every single time 😅

I'm a planner and buy (well, dye yarn) when I need it or have a project planned (also known as:'I've found this awesome pattern on ravelry... let's cast on!' and 'forgetting' about the other ten WIP's in my knitting basket...
