But is wanting to murder an entire people ever justified?

The previous person already said you should back that statement up. And then you repeat it again.

At the same time, there's too many people who say that Full Self Driving obviously doesn't mean that the vehicle still fully drive itself. Though for unknown reasons it is totally fine to keep using the name Full Self Driving.

So tired of the same arguments. They don't mean anything in the real world

The second sentence is a fallacy.

And it does matter that the company is calling it full self driving while it doesn't fully self drive. That it would have that capability is something Musk has promised for many years. It's also a reason that Tesla stock is worth so much.

Go ahead in a court of law and claim you are not responsible for an accident

That's would be a very specific case. Tesla has been reminded multiple times that they need to take into account how people use their vehicles. The company is also under investigation for possible fraud because they are selling something that doesn't do what people would respect it to do.

You're focusing on one thing, but there's multiple ways that the company could be liable. There's been multiple articles explaining that the company is either under investigation or that the company has been warned to change things or else.

“both parties are sometimes the same”

The usual claim isn't that. What people object to is claiming that both parties are the same.

I'm not a lawyer, but wouldn't pretty much every jurisdiction consider you properly served if [..]

Meidas Touch on YouTube discussed if it was needed to serve him. I forgot a bit what they said, but recall that they were doing more than what was needed. Plus there were also more aggressive options that were possible.

Anyway, Giuliani has continuously been trying to not do anything. His behaviour is consistent, but also weird. A judge used his behaviour to dismiss a complaint or something. He's not helping himself. I wonder why he behaves in ways that seemingly completely destroy his financials.

No clue how long scams usually last, but famous ones easily last multiple decades, though funny how unclear if is when the scam started:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madoff_investment_scandal?wprov=sfla1

Federal investigators believe the fraud in the investment management division and advisory division may have begun in the 1970s. However, Madoff himself stated his fraudulent activities began in the 1990s. Madoff's fraudulent activities are believed to have accelerated after the 2001 change from fractional share trades to decimals on the NYSE, which cut significantly into his legitimate profits as a market-maker.

Alerted by his sons, federal authorities arrested Madoff on December 11, 2008.

I also don't see why any content generated by an LLM could or should be illegal.

Cannot see how it could be illegal? If it does something against a law it'll be illegal. Just because there's some technology involved doesn't absolve that from laws.

I remember a case where someone complained about the incorrect statement an LLM produced about some public figure. The judge ruled it had to be corrected.

Meanwhile orban bringing MANY immigrants to hungary, intentionally

He should've learned from the Netherlands. Right wing made claims about asylum seekers. While showing immigration figures.

In Netherlands immigration is not due to asylum seekers. Immigration consist of students and knowledge workers.

Anyway, they said there was a huge issue with reuniting families of asylum seekers. There wasn't an issue, it was just claimed.

Netherlands now have a radical right wing government. Based off of untrue statements. They're planning to save loads of money, just need the EU to make those happen. Meaning, it won't happen. Obvious plan is to blame the EU for things which are predictable.

no one is voting Biden

Aside from the loads of people voting for him.

Loads of people are repeatedly saying that Biden oud somehow not something to vote for. While Trump would be a good candidate? Your argument just doesn't make sense. There is a huge difference between these two.

Edit: further reflection, people easily forget history. But Biden won against Trump. Though less relevant now due to right wing media distorting things. People seem to have forgotten what Trump is like as president.

Some people go out of their way to not understand or not see something.

[–] baru 11 points 7 months ago

But I do notice you on every trump post insisting people are screaming both sides

Another common tactic/fallacy is exaggerating the claim. Example: saying something "screams" about "both sides". The bit about screaming is unneeded and is just added to make it easy to argue against it.

and others taking legitimate criticism of biden as people screaming both sides

That's not the same and not what is meant as "both sides". And again, people aren't screaming. I'd maybe take your comment more seriously if it didn't ignore things while adding a fallacy to discuss a common fallacy.
