The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand happened when the driver took a wrong turn, resulting in them driving directly in front of the assassin Gavrilo Princip. This led to the World Wars, and as a result Japan's culture shifted into the direction we all know and love.
The one I've been using is International Doom, as it feels similiar enough to the original and it has controller support for my Steam Deck.
