You should be able to update the app, head to Apollo settings, Other settings, then tap Export on the top right. If the app crashes open in Airplane mode.
I ended up paying for this one a while back as I was in the same position as you. Stopped using it because it kept failing to apply icons after a week or so of it running backgrounded, and app icons kept losing their customized values and reverting to stock. The app daemon is supposed to handle this revert behavior automatically but it didn’t work for several apps that I used.
I haven’t used it since early Monterey cycle.

ui is shit but gunplay is pretty great.
most of the maps are pretty inconsistent with prop placement/congestion level when compared to server player count. some maps feel way too big and some feel way too tight.
it’s $15 USD, worth the buy at that price especially with how often they’ve been updating it. I’ve had fun with it but it’s definitely got a long way to go.
