Honestly, I have no idea. Also, I am in Canada, so I don’t necessarily want to meddle in American more than I would like.

I’d say that I’m more anti-corporate, but not completely anti-capitalist. I do agree however that capitalism needs to be better regulated tho.

One of the major dangers and problems I have with passwords saved in a browser is that they are not encrypted, and also the fact that many browsers tend to auto fill login forms, as opposed to a password manager extension, such as Bitwarden, that starts in a locked state with all the data truly encrypted.

I’ve been using passwords manager since a few years, but I switched to Bitwarden around Christmas last year after the data breach from LastPass. It’s so much safer than storing them in the browser or on one service that’s not available elsewhere

I kinda miss Reddit, but after browsing it today, it felt kinda weird. Lemmy is starting to feel more and more like home as more people join in and participate. And also the fact that the 0.18 update fixed the numerous issues, it really helps.

It now feels pretty good to browse and it now makes the experience of using Lemmy much more enjoyable. Having to spam the vote buttons was really annoying.

I guess that the other thing that helps is that we don’t have Karma over here, so there’s nothing of value to gain.

It honestly feels like early Reddit and not like the echo chamber/shit show that Reddit is currently right now.

It’s the same for me. I discovered what Reddit was because of a rage comics app. I’ve used pretty much all of the apps, such as Baconreader, Alien Blue, but ultimately settled on RIF for Android and Apollo on iOS. I am currently using Memmy, but I really hope that there’s an equivalent for RIF, perhaps a LIF?
