Roar, Eclipse, Vex Armor, Amp and Xata's Whisper are all mutually exclusive abilities. You can't have more than one of them on a frame.

I don't know if they stack while in a party and cast by different players.

For single player games it's just bullshit DRM that makes everything a hassle. God forbid you be able to play a game right after you move, or your internet goes out during a storm or whatever.
