We've given up on the live threads, I assume? If so: Sad but very understandable. Are guys just back on Reddit or is there another nice place to discuss MMA that you're found?

For the folks who didn't understand (like me), a guy on Reddit transcribed:

I'm not sure what was worse, the punch or you hitting your head on the..on the canvas. Man. [pats Matt Schnell's sweaty chest with his creepy ref glove] You'll see it on..on..on the film. Holy crap.. [looks at Schnell's coach]... Did you hear it?

The follow-up shots feel illegal in bareknuckle

Bhullar didn't engage and got two warnings (yellow cards) before that. (At least that's I assume; I switched away after the second yellow card and they were discussing potential disqualification if he didn't do more.)
Edit: You can find the clip in another post: https://kbin.social/m/mma/t/870220/SPOILER-Disqualification-For-Inactivity-Between-Amir-Aliakbari-vs-Arjan-Bhullar

Isn't it crazy how they put possibly the worst fight of the card as the headliner? Seems incredible that bad heavyweights will actually pull more viewers, considering that random people are probably not gonne tune into one of these fight nights anyway.

Does this count for a shit post?

Apart from the main event the fight night looks pretty nice though, to be honest.

And against the power puncher Topuria again...

MMA is awesome. Seeing the panic in Roman's eyes is something else.

Let's hope the reason for that was that he didn't wait long enough after the KO from Makhachev. Maybe if he takes some time off he can come back for real. (Inhaling copium.)

Actually missed it because it happened so early in the fight. Motta is exciting. There's just something about people with serious knockout power that draws your eyes to them.

Insane knockouts but the highlights seem somewhat diminished by the lack of crowd reaction.

It's their responsibility to tap and not act too tough for their own good. O'Neill definitely had the chance to tap earlier yesterday. It's not like such hyperextension happens in an instant so that people don't get a chance to tap (at least 99% of the time).

Georgia follows Colorado in allowing knees to grounded opponents and 12-6 elbows for ONE, so maybe we'll eventually get them in UFC as well.

Do yourselves the favour and watch this ridiculous Muay Thai fight from today's card. Beautiful violence.

Absolutely beautiful violence. Split him open, knocked him out cold, and all that with a gorgeous, flowing combo of hands and elbows. Muay Thai rules!

The antitrust lawsuit against the UFC has progressed in favour of the fighters (class status granted). Tommy from MMA On Point breaks it down.
