How do you containerize stuff you install from source in a way that you can completely remove later? in c/[email protected]

C:\Windows\System32\oobe\bypassnro.cmd (in Windows 11, the computer restarts the installation at this point)

I'm using Firefox in maximized window on a full hd display. The thread index feels quite cramped, not using the horizontal space properly. Could it be widened?
