There isn't a way to block whole instances.I'm not sure about the second point, so hopefully someone else can answer that for you. You can suggest features here.

@Jormar Sometimes the servers die due to ernest experimenting with new features. It will be more stable in the future.

@DerpyPoint A bit of a long shot, but you can promote someone else as mod and have them delete the post.

@DerpyPoint There are 2 ways to delete posts. One if through "more">"delete" and the other way is "more">"moderate">"delete". Try both ways and see if it helps.

@ladychelseaofthevoid Can you explain what you mean? Do you mean like following a post so you notified when someone makes a new comment on that post?
